This is one of roughly 6 drives we use externally for business and it couldn't be a better drive for a better price. The speed of the file transfer was beyond my expectations and I am sure it will stand the test of time like every one of my other WD externals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you dismantle the case and use it as an internal hard drive?

I would like to use the hard drive for my PS4's internal storage. Will this just have a laptop hard drive inside?
The Internal drive of this unit is a standard desktop hard drive. It will contain SATA connections so just check in advance whether PS4 will allow for that type of drive or IDE.
