To get the best possible result on shirts you should pull the fabric. Also make sure does not overlap, it will put a crease in.
One of the better personal steamers I have used.

What's great about it: Good Price, Consistent color, larger format
The Dell U2412 is a solid monitor that out of the box exhibits good color uniformity and a crisp picture.
I use this for application coding and website development along side a wide gamut monitor and the though the Dell is not wide gamut it does very well in maintaining color accuracy.
for a 1920x1200 monitor this is a good size from a pixel density. Enjoy it very much.

Is this monitor compatible with the Macbook air?

What connector adaptor would I need? How clear does text appear? I can't afford the Apple monitor?
This should be compatible I use it with a 2011 Macbook Pro and have no issues. The one issue with an Air maybe the model year.

Also Highly recommend displayport to displayport or to DVI , VGA will not display a good image.
