What's great about it: Looks great and a lot of storage
What's not so great: Required assembly
The assembly was not difficult but was time consuming. Instructions were very good. Yet it beats paying the price of a finished piece of furniture. It fit perfectly in the area where we use it and fit the 60" TV perfectly. I highly recommend it as a TV console.

Does it support 240 Hz Screen Refresh Rate?

Yes. This is the main reason I paid more for the Rocketfish. The HDTV I bought was 240 refresh rate with 3D. Works great.
