YES it does have a rotating plate, which is easy to remove and clean!

Top of microwave vibrates

Is the top of the microwave suppose to vibrate? I have couple of bottles of asprin and what not on top of it they vibrate off when in use.
Yes, microwave machines DO vibrate just like Most appliances when running! There not very good shelves!

can i watch "regular" tv chancels on this tv
