I've tried a number of antennas trying to get the best signal from 45+ miles. This one is the best I've found so far. It's small, light and just plain works. Easy to install. Only wish it picked up VHF channels better.

how do I hook up my amp theater system to my ROKU /

hook up digital sound for my amp and roku

Roku 3 has HDMI 5.1 or 7.1 output. If your receiver is HDMI compatible, all it will take is and HDMI cable.

using a streaming player without a wireless router

Even though I use Time Warner Internet, I don't want to use a wireless router in my house. Is there any device, other than my computer, I can run my cable line to, then hook up to my TV, so I can watch Hulu Plus and Netflix? If not, please let me know the easiest way to hook all of it up.

Roku 3 is ethernet compatable. If you can hardwire it, you can stream all you want with no problems at all.

We will be cutting the cord in the summer. Can we use the Comcast cable?

Yes you can. Depending on the number of TV's you're trying to get a signal to, you might need an amplifier.
