This all-in-one printer does everything I ask of it. I use Wi-Fi to print and fax on a regular basis. Even with my router in the basement, printer on the first floor and computer on the second floor, I never have any issues. Print quality is good too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cannot print wirelessly or through USB!?

I set it up via USB 1st (which I think was a mistake), installed drivers/software connected to network, laptop finds it, but cannot print wirelessly or through USB? Uninstalled, reinstalled over and over. I'm stumped and exhausted and out of ideas. I can print anything that is printable and the EWS or online control center, but not wirelessly through laptop.
Did you set up the Wi-Fi on the printer? If not, you'll have to set that up on the printer's control panel and enter the Wi-Fi password.

Can this work as a "stand alone" fax and copier or does it need to be connected to a computer?

I ran into this problem with previous HP all-in-ones and ended up buying the Canon which could fax and copy without a computer connected to it. With all the bells and whistles this has if it's connected to wifi, I'm concerned it will be limited in what it can do without a computer and/or wifi connected to it. Thanks
Yes, this can work as stand alone. It has inputs on the front to enter fax numbers or copy/print inputs. I often use it without my computer.
