I use my Gear Fit daily. It has been an asset to my life. In the last 4 months I have lost 27lbs. I bought the Gear Fit for myself when I lost 25lbs as a reward. It helps me track my daily steps but so much more! I like being able to read my email, text messages, and answer my phone. I think out of all the exercise bands out there, this one is the best!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does it display the mileage, pace per mile, and total time?

Milage but not pace. It also calculates calories burned
