Connection problems!

This 3TB hard drive seems to have connection issues. Just walking by the unit causes it to disconnect and become unreliable. Short of super glue, is there a better fix? What is the warranty on this unit?

i did my install myself and have had no problems with the unit. used the software to gain access to the full 3T. possibly an anomaly there is a manuf warranty, check with the retailer where you bought it..
