I bought two of these power packs because they work that good. The price for it is excellent as well. One is for the son and the husband. Charge in less than 3 hours. Very compact, fits in the pocket. The usb cable is long just enough to charge the phone while using in hand. Use the power pack to charge mobile phone while playing Pokemon Go. Its strong enough to charge the mobile phone while using it.

This is a great starter phone for younger teens. It has the bells and whistles. The screen resolution is good, however if you are picky like me, the viewing angle bothers me.

I bought one and it doesn t work. It doesn t charge. What can i do?
Did you try pressing the button next to the lights? You have to turn it one before it will charge.

can I purchase a replacement cable? if so where?
I have an insignia battery pack and lost the cable
You can purchase a replacement cable. What I found out is that it won't charge as fast as the original.

I bought this item and when I plug it in it blinks 4 lights but when I plug into a device it won't turn on what do I do
There is a bottom next to the lights. You have to press to turn it on before it will charge. It doesn't automatically charge when you plug in your device. That sucks I know.

With mobile battery pack fully charged, how many times does it charge galaxy s6 edge?
I have a Note 5 and it can charge it twice with fully charged.
