Geek Squad or Total Care

looking to buy a new printer. Should i buy the HP Total Care or BB's Geek Squad. What are the biggest differences? Sometimes GS is slow about replying to emails & chat can be busy. HP will reply to emails in less than a day, has phone & chat support. GS i can take it to the store for repair but they generally send it off for repair.
