What's great about it: Easy to get installed
What's not so great: You have to call AT&T to get the set up completed
Had to replace my AT&T given DSL modem and there were not so many choices at BB but I picked this one. You do have to call AT&T to have them send it some kind of signal but after that it has worked great.
This product has... Fast connection, Reliable connection

Will this work with AT&T Internet? And an Apple router?

Setup to use with Airport Extreme

Can any tell me how they set up this modem to work with Airport Extreme? If you used bridge mode did you set up internet first on the Netgear? Thanks
No, in the Airport's set up menu select add a wireless connection.

Why is my internet light RED?

This is my 2nd Netgear ADSL2 Modem. The first one always had
4 green lights. My new modem only has power & ADSL lights green.
The internet light is always RED and the Ethernet light never comes on. But
I am able to get on the internet. I don't understand it.
You have to call your service provider so they can get the modem associated with your account. I had to do that with mine.
