I have black ink with hexagon shape instead of a circle on the cartrage. It is almost double in size compared to other colors. What is difference?
The box doesn't have the hex shape but the ink cartrage does. How will I know if it's the hex shape unless I open the box?
The hex shape refers to the regular black ink cartridge location. There is a Photo black ink cartridge and its location is a "dumbbell," but the Photo cartridge is clearly marked on the box. All other Black 564 cartridges will go into the hex location.
