While the easiest part of getting this is the actuall mounting the mount into the wall, there can be difficulties in how you need to mount it. Before you order this and try the install, make sure you have studs placed 16" apart in the area. If you have concrete block, go ahead and get a 1/2" masonry bit and 3/8" lag sleeves as they don't come with them. Once you have the locations marked (comes with template), you have about 2 minutes and you will mounted and ready to watch TV. If you have a large TV, make sure to have 2 people as it is difficult installing over 6' by yourself. It's possible (as I did it), but difficult. Also, make sure you plug in all necessary cords prior to hanging it on the mount.
