How much space between bottom of TV and top shelf?

I have a fairly large center channel speaker I'd like to place on the top shelf. How much room is there between the bottom of the TV and the top shelf?

what is the height difference between shelves?

I have a 12" x 13" x 5" box which serves the sound bar, and wish to be certain it will fit on one shelf. TV is a 50".

top shelf to middle shelf 9", bottom to middle 8" top to TV about 9"

How tall is the mount?

What is the length of the TV mount from the floor to the top where the TV goes? Can you lower or extend the height of the mount?

The center mount is 4 feet tall, that will be just above the center of your TV, yes many adjustable heights down the center mount.

Does the model: BBXLO2250BS come with the top shelf?

I want my sound bar above the TV but the model: BBXLO2250BS doesn't show it. I like the black metal look with the top shelf that I see on some models.

no shelf above TV, my sound bar sits on top shelf under TV.

I am looking for a TV stand for a 55" sony HD tv, that

will swivel, tilt, and pivot,
esp. the pivot part, that allows the landscape view or rotate the tv 90 degrees for the portrait view (pivot)

It will tilt, and swivel, but not pivot, TV would hit shelf.

When the TV is mounted on the TV mount hooked on to the stand, is the TV top heavy so it will tip forward with a big size TV?

no, my 55 inch samsung fits well, and the designed side legs support the load from tilting forward.

Do i need to drill in to my wall for the stand to actually hold my tv or can i just mount it with no need of drilling ?

No, it gives you the option to mount TV on wall, place TV on top shelf with its TV stand, or mount to its post with no drilling, To mount on wall, it comes with a short post which will need to be drilled to be mounted, it comes with everything you will need for all three mounting options.
