Good battery life. Works very well as a fitness tracker and the phone notifications are perfect. I can see who is calling or texting without getting out my phone or having a big clunky smart watch on my wrist. Comfortable to wear, I only remove it to charge the battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You can use it at night. You can even adjust how bright the display is from the menu on the tracker.

Can you disable the activity reminder?

I go to school and i don't want it to vibrate in the middle of class.
Yes, you can disable the notifications. But I honestly don't think anyone would be able to hear it vibrate on your wrist. No one ever heard in my classes and I wear mine constantly.
