What's great about it: Great size and build quality
What's not so great: The screen and Keyboard
I am a bit of a critic when it comes to purchases. I research things for a while and I decided on this Acer soley based on the price, and I ended up returning it for another model. But that is just me and here is why.
The Acer Chromebook is pretty incredible for what it is, a $200 notebook. It is fast and lasts forever, but the screen was just too small and text was just not clear for me. But others love this PC. Otherwise the touchpad is very nice, the build quality is sound and Chromebooks are the way for the future.
This product is... A touch pad that works great, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast

What's great about it: Great reliability & speed
What's not so great: A little large
SanDisk has never let me down. From cards to thumbdrives they are both faster and more reliable then the other brands I have used. This drive is a little on the large side, but it comes with a keyring hole which is convenient to hang it from. Overall im very happy with this product

Harddrive

What moble harddrive can i connect to my chromebook its an acer c720-2802
I have been able to connect both NTFS and FAT32 HDD's. Apple formatted drives will not mount. I have also had success with both externally powered and internally powered drives.

can it support office 365

You can run Office Web Applications, but no installing of applications. I believe a lot of the web based Office applications are comparable to the installable originals.
