Great TV easy setup blacks are as as good as they going to be from this class of TV even compared to TVS twice the price. NO delay or pixilation whatsoever (Except on certain Tv stations but that's a source signal problem) even gaming is sharp and on point. I've had many different brands of plasmas, LCD and LED's over the years.This one by far is the best, even taking into consideration the leaps in technology over the last 6 years, no problems whatsoever. Grrrrrreat !!!!!!!!!!!! price on open box from best buy Definitely pick this up even at full list it Blows the competition away.

Best way to fix picture issues?

I have had my vizio E550i-b2 since mid August and have been having some image issues with apps and PS3. The primary problem is that when I click on Netflix or try to play a blu ray the bright / white colors are blotchy compared to the rest of the image. I have tried changing display settings and adjusting the white balance but to no avail, as well as factory resets. The weirdest part is that when I am running the cable box I have no issues.s
Jeff I'm no tech expert but I can only tell you my experience .I had the same problem with my last tv and it was my fault. I had cleaned the screen incorrectly and somehow dulled or permanently smudged the screen. Now I know your going to say then it should be consistent with all pictures but it wasn't. I could only see the blotches on high strength very clean signals such as blue ray or apps and certain Netflix movies. The reason I didn't see it on cable was the signal wasn't strong enough to get the white"s as bright as they could be. Hope this helps.Good luck with the fix
