YES it makes a BIG Difference. I found the Sprint store really condescending and a big waste of my time. After a rude experience from the Sprint sales clerk, I left the store and walked over to the Best Buys. This was the best decision on selecting a new phone, as the sales people at Best Buys know as much about their product and offer the same plans that you could get at the rude Sprint store.
