I already owned a Polar watch and needed a replacement. Luckily, Best Buy still had one so I made a purchase and it was fast and easily. No problems. Thank you Best Buy!

Do you have to wear the chest strap to monitor your heart rate?

Yes you must wear the chest strap. Unlike a Fitbit or wrist base monitor, the Polar watch is for exercise use so you'll be wearing the chest strap
