The microwave looks elegant and works just as it should. So far, we've only used it for reheating (frequently)...and everything's fine. The first time we tried popcorn the bag started to burned well before the recommended time, but I know it takes a while to get used to a new microwave and understand the power level and timing necessary.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will the color of the stainless match the color of the stainless LG refrigerator?

It's shiny, not "brushed." So it all depends on the finish of your LG refrigerator. We have a brushed LG refrigerator and to us it looks OK - not a huge, in-your-face difference. But it's not an exact match.

We purchased this microwave on June 15, 2016. It has been making very loud noises. Can we exchange it for another microwave?

I believe the paperwork suggests 4 inches of space behind the back of the microwave and on the side with the vent. You can double check.

What about venting? Can it go in an RV slot?

I believe the paperwork suggests 4 inches of space behind the back and to the side with the vent.
