What's great about it: Can handle huge loads as well as very delicate items

What's not so great: Difficult for short people (me) to reach the bottom. Hoses to hook up steam are too short, so not using that feature

Got this to replace an old Maytag. The capacity is huge and with no center agitator, it holds more than my old washer. I like that it senses the size of the load and adjusts water accordingly. The cycles take longer than my old washer, but I believe that has to do with the HE aspect. I am thoroughly happy with this washing machine, and we got it on a great sale.

do you sell dryer vent conversion kit ,so that dryer can be vented on the side since my space is limited, only 30 inches

The Best Buy I went to did have this side space-saver vent available in the store. Just ask them to show you. We didn't need this option, but it was available.
