This drive was bought to play converted iTunes videos through the USB port of a TV. Even at 1080p, the playback was smooth as glass. Since the files were ~1.7GB/episode, you can fit about 544 TV shows on this drive. Note that you get ~925GB, due to the differences between metric and actual GB and the extra software included.

Technology and the idea of human improvement have become significantly more relevant in the modern age, particularly in the realm of nootropics such as the one that forms the base of the plot here. I particularly liked the fact that the central nootropic, NZT, was not presented as inherently evil, like many human-enhancements often are, but merely a tool, and a facet of human interactions.

I have read the Lee Child book series upon which this is based, and this did a decent job channeling the original work. I still find the idea of Tom Cruise playing a character who is almost his exact opposite physically to be dubious, put aside from needed to stretch the suspension of disbelief a little more than usual, he does OK. I do think that the writers, having started from a chronologically later book, might paint themselves into a corner in future sequels.

I bought this to replace the missing power supply from a WD My Book. I tried setting it to the wattage listed on the drive, but it flicked on and off and did not provide power. I haven't tried it with anything else, so I don't know if it's any good at all.

All in all, I dug this big time. Metallica is one of the few bands for which I buy physical CDs, and this was worth it. I'm not sure, however, why it was spread across 3 discs (2 of six songs each, and one of live shows. It could have fit on two.
One issue I had is that the "cracked" typeface made the lyrics hard to read.

I mainly chose this as an inexpensive replacement. It does a very good job running my Apple TV. I like the fact that it comes with three HDMI ports, though I wish I could give more specific labels (Apple TV instead of "Streaming Box" for example). Still, it's better than trying to remember numbered ports. The Roku functionality is good, though I noticed that it wasn't as good at scrubbing through YouTube videos as the Apple TV version of the app. All in all, a good set.

I got this for a Chinese colleague while home for a visit. This phone comes unlocked and functions fully on foreign cellular networks, such as China Unicom/China Mobile.
