The ball paf moves oddly and doesn't easily stand on it's own. That being said, cleans very well

Quiet, but doesn't clean as well as the old style with agitator. Prefer the front loader over the top load of this model. Time will tell if it saves money.

Colors are difficult to get realistic. The issue with sluggish especially with on demand may be more of a set top box problem but I never had it before. The whole display fails to respond to the remote for a long time.

Does the water completely drain?

I was told that the front loading washers do not completely drain and that sludge/sewer water remains in the unit, hence the fowl smell problems.
Not a problem so far but leave the door ajar to help it dry.
