Only at Best BuySecure your TV to the wall with this Insignia fixed mount. It holds TVs of up to 43 inches that have VESA patterns up to 200 x 200 for a simple fit. The low-profile design of this Insignia fixed mount extends only an inch out of your wall for minimal impact.

Works with larger TVs if in the weight limit

I bought a 40" Insignia TV for $200 and they tried to sell me a $99 wall mount for it. I had seen this mount on the website and it's perfectly fine for the 40" TV I bought. I checked the weight capacity and the VESA mounting hole sizes and they were just fine for the TV. It doesn't tilt or anything but I didn't need that.

It doesn't have a really clear picture. You can definitely see the pixels. The screen never gets completely black so it's not a great TV for watching Blu-Rays in a darkened room. With the backlighting turned up to the proper level there's always a bit coming through with a purplish tint. I use it in my bedroom for watching the news in the morning and evening and some TV shows before going to bed. I don't use the built-in speakers because the sound quality isn't that great. I have it connected to an HTPC/PVR with surround sound speakers.

The model K520 key board in this combo is one of the most comfortable I've used. If you have a desk with a keyboard drawer and occasionally need to free up your desk to do paperwork it's a great choice. The mouse is a model M310 which has a scroll wheel with a ratchet feel to it instead of free wheeling like the model M325 does. If you're just surfing the web or doing word processing it's not to annoying, but forget about using it for CAD or graphics work.

What Model is the Mouse? Does the wheel spin freely?

Specs don't mention the model of the mouse. I love the simple Logitech M325 mouse I am using. My husband just bought a (different) keyboard/mouse combo and the wheel on the mouse it came with doesn't spin - it kind of roughly click-click-clicks along; not easy to quickly go from the top of a page down without having to use the scroll bar. Thanks.
The mouse is a model M310 with a ratchet feel. The model M325 is a lot better.

Will this keyboard work with Sharp LC-70EQ10U TV?

It has enough range to be used with a smart TV or Home theater PC but it's not a good choice for that. For a home theater you want a keyboard with an integrated touch pad or scroll ball for mouse functions. You also want one that's backlit if you need to use it while the lights are dimmed and don't know how to touch type. I use a Logitech Harmony programmable remote control for must functions in my living room. I use it to control my HTPC, A/V receiver, Blu-Ray player, and lights. If I need to enter text to search for a movie I use my tablet or smart phone. Your TV has an app for smart phones and tablets so that would be your best choice. I have a wireless keyboard with a touch pad that I use to install updates and software on the HTPC in my living room. It runs Windows 7 with Windows Media Center for recording TV and Media Browser Classic for managing my movies and watching online videos. I only use the keyboard once a week at most. I use my tablet for most keyboard functions while watching TV because it's easier to use when the lights are dimmed and if I'm just watching the news I'm normally reading emails on my tablet at the same time.
