What's great about it: the call quality is great as well as the pictures look better than the ones from my previous phone
What's not so great: have had the phone for a few weeks and have yet to find anything not great about it.
So this is one of the best smartphone that I have had. I think that this phone would be great for a person that does a lot of facebook as well as texting. The battery is great. Haven't had any issues for far and the phone does everyrhing I have asked it to do.

Can this phone use wi fi or is it only 4g capable?

Yes you can use wifi with this phone. I use my wifi almost all the time with this phone.
