The sound is descent for a single speaker and the LED lights have a number of interesting patterns. The Bluetooth is easy to connect to your phone for wireless playback. This is perfect for limited space (in our case the bathroom) and makes for a nice night light saving plug space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The official Samsung wireless charger is sleek and low profile but the main reason I wanted this was to reduce wear and tear on the USB connector.
Just lay the phone down on the charger and it automatically turns on. and starts charging the phone. The unit glows blue when charging and turns green once the charge is complete. This is perfect for the office desk or any place where you would otherwise have to constantly plug and unplug the charger each time you get up.
This unit is for the Edge Plus but works just fine on other Samsung Galaxy 6 models. For a faster charge just remove the USB power supply and plug it in to the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I picked up a couple of them and set up a RAID drive arrangement for my system drive. The result was a huge performance increase.
While these are mainly advertised to improve performance in laptops, they work equally well in a desktop system and are compatible with nearly all systems. Very fast, reliable with no moving parts they also generate much less heat. Highly recommended.

If you need a larger tablet this is perfect. I do photography and it's simply the best for showing off my images. The built in pressure tablet is a dream to work with and the display is fast and vibrant. Currently the perfect tablet for the artist. No other tablet compares when drawing.
The pen is a bit small but docks inside the tablet. A larger more comfortable pen is available. If you need a smaller version it's little brother the 10.1 works just as well but if you need a big screen this is a dream. Samsung is currently the king in phones and tablets so you can't go wrong with compatibility.
This doubles as an on the go TV for me. It sits next to my PC and works great for streaming tutorials. It is a bit heavy compared to other tablets simply due to it's size but compared to a laptop it's a featherweight.
No tablet or laptop has great sound but due to the size it sounds better than others. I especially like that Samsung dropped the proprietary docking/charging connector and went with a standard USB type connector.
The size really makes typing on the screen much easier.
Only con is a bit too much bloatware but the Samsung apps may be useful to some people just not me.
I do recommend the flip cover to protect the investment. It doesn't overly add to the weight and Best Buy usually has them in stock. I also opted for Best Buy to install the screen protector. These have already saved me at least once.

Is the front display dimable?

Can you dim the time display to where it is barely visible? Our existing clock is too bright even after dimming.
Yes, 8 different levels of brightness from very bright to totally off. The lowest setting is quite low. Nice feature.

How good is the sound?

Sound is descent for a small monaural speaker. Better than your phone but if you want even better sound go with something with two speakers. It was perfect for the bathroom/shower where space is limited and doubles as a night light. Perfect for what we wanted.

Do I need anything other than the pad to charge my phone wireless?

No, the unit comes with a standard Samsung charger. Just lay the phone on top and it instantly turns on and starts charging which is indicated by a blue glow. When it turns green the phone is fully charged. Couldn't be easier. If you need a faster charge, just unplug the standard charger and insert it into the USB directly.

Where can I dowload the manual?
Viewing the product on Samsung's website you should see a link for the manual on the left size. It is in PDF format so you will need a PDF viewer.

I'd provide a link but the guidelines say to avoid it.

128GB micro SD card?

Such a card compatible?
Not officially but apparently it does work if formatted as a FAT32/Primary partition.

Report on XDA-Developers reports as 128GB card showing as 119GB free space in a Note 12.2.
