Purchased this card on reviews for a low rise card with strong rendering capabilities. Typical use in my law office is 2-3 Office applications open along with police video (often proprietary) or web services at the same time. Card handles all extremely well. Priced for cost conscious without sacrificing power. Strong Recommendation!

These insignia power strip offer the exact same protection as more expensive strips. Also the slim profile is nice when you are trying to run them along a base board without a large room footprint.

The Roku 3 works perfectly in older homes, or apartments, where drilling holes for wiring in extra cable outlets isn't really an option. In addition, it has what I would describe as the easiest setup of ANY digital device I have ever used. Finally, the program menu is simple, quick, organized and frankly offers a better menu of great content than my cable provider.

Do you still need a wifi carrier to have roku, or can you sign up for wifi through roku?

You will need a wifi carrier. Roku does not have a radio to connect to a cell service though it will connect to a jetpack or other cell based wireless access point.

can roku I buy here and used in China for my relatives?

Does chinese higher voltage a problem?
You could buy it here and use in China as the power for the device is USB.

can roku search for channels in chinese?

I'm not sure if it has a Chinese character option. However, the icon based channel panel is large and adheres to the channel's trademark for easy surfing. If the user is familiar with the channel at all it would be impossible to mistake the History Channel with Netflix.
