I have Google Home and I bought this Chromecast Audio to connect to my receiver to play music on my audio system throughout the condo (multi-zone). Google Home connects to this device every time without a problem. Being able to ask Google to play music on my receiver it's definitely better than having to use a remote, particularly when doing things around the house or while having dinner.
I'm giving this three stars because while Google Home works great with this device, the Google Play app does not. The app doesn't always connects and it's pretty frustrating. Some times I like to browse through stations on the app but then I find something I 'd like to hear and the app doesn't connect to the Chromecast; that annoys me a lot.
I would recommend to a friend with the disclaimer that the app may not always work while Google Home does.

I absolutely love these speakers. I heard these at the BB Magnolia store and felt in love immediately. Nonetheless i was worried that they wouldn't sound the same in my house (based on previous experiences). But I was extremely happy when I found out that they sound just as incredible in my living room as they did at the store. the tweeter is so perfectly clear and the mids and lows are great as well. I used these speakers as front left/right speakers with a Martin Logan Motion 8i Center channel and Martin Logan Motion 2i as surround speakers WITHOUT a sub and sound effects on movies were still great! I actually took my time finding the right sub since I actually didn't feel a need for the sub with these speakers. I still ended up getting a sub to complete the system but, really, they did very well without the sub.
I would Absolutely recommend these speakers to a friend.

I was very skeptical before purchasing this wireless transmitter based on some of the reviews I read. But the Magnolia guy convinced me and I took the plunge. I was worried about it all until I actually installed/connected it and realized that it actually works great. I must point out, however, that i have the transmitter and the receiver at about 10' apart and they are facing each other without any obstruction. I am using it to power Bowers & Wilkins In-Wall speakers being used as surround speakers on a 5.1 HT systems. The speakers play incredibly well using this devices (both music and Movies). I can't notice any difference in quality from my wired front speakers to the wireless back speakers. Also worth mentioning, I don't have any other wireless transmitter. I do have my wifi router setup directly above this transmitter and they don't seem to interfere.
I would definitely recommend to a friend.

About month ago I upgraded my sound system and had initially purchased Martin Logan Motion 2i speakers as my surround left/right and absolutely loved them. However, my wife did not like how bulky they look on the wall (although they are actually very small). So I exchanged them for these B&W in-wall speakers. I was worried that I wasn't going to get the same sound quality of the ML Motion 2i, but I was pleasantly surprised. These in-wall speakers sound amazing. And you can barely notice them on the wall, which is a big plus since I got my wife's approval.
Pros: great highs and mids for both music and movies; they almost disappear on the wall; easy to install; very well made/good quality; comparable (if not better) to most bookshelf speakers of the same size/price.
Cons: I can't think of any really. The only thing that comes to mind is that the lows may not be as good as some bookshelf speakers. But with the proper EQ adjustment, they sound amazing and have had absolutely no problem playing great sound with anything i have thrown at it so far.
Overall, I couldn't be happier and would totally buy these again. Another thing I can mentioned is that the sound coming out of the speakers fills the room pretty well, making it hard for the listener to pin point the exact location of the speaker from the listener positions in my room, which is a big plus for surround sound.
