What's great about it: Long distance, Powerful Laser,
What's not so great: Get's interfered easily
The clicker works great and the laser is powerful enough to reach over 75 feet, however when there is an obstruction of some sort, that's where it fails. So make sure that if your going to purchase this item to have a clear and free area where the USB and the clicker could communicate to each other.

Is it compatible with Mac?

It is compatible with a MAC, when you open up the case from the back, it gives you the following options: PC | MAC PPT | MAC Note
And you switch it according to the version of program and/or computer you utilize.
