Loving this little box. Great interface, and works well with Kodi, even though you have to jump through hoops to get it installed.

Can I use a USB cord instead of HDMI?

My TV doesn't have an HDMI port, will this work with a USB port? And if so is there a particular one I need?

No. USB wont work for video.

will this work with the Xbox One?

I'm looking for something with a lot of storage for my xbox one, and wanted to know if anyone has tried one of these with there xbox one? Thanks
Yes this drive will work great for your Xbox One. I am currently using the drive for this. You have to pick between storage for games or for media. I am using mine for games.
