The only drawback is the rubber earpiece goes bad after awhile, I wish they contained an extra one. The clarity is great.

Callers hear echo when on my iphone 5s. How can I get rid of this?
Previously used Motorola H720 & H730 with great clarity. Just started using the boom and callers complain of echo.
This happens to me call Motorola help line and they will send you a new one.
