My husband has been using convection feature to cook meats- they come out delicious and browned just right!

Toasting & grilling

If you have to turn your slice of bread over then how long does it take to toast? Will it toast so that it is crispy?
If you have to turn the slice over then how does this work for other items like steaks, fish, etc? If so then I think this would be a pain in the A__ to have to do this with all foods.
These are 2 important things I have to consider when purchasing.
Use a toaster for bread. If you broil meat you have to turn the meat so I dont see how that is any different. With the convection feature there is less grease and the food is cooked more uniform with more flavor locked into the meat. The meat cooks faster and you dont have to scrub the broiling pan. Haven't used the oven since we got the appliance.
