I was surprised to find out that i bought the same drive that i have had for years. That was a huge relief because i now know it will last a long time. I now have 8tb in my rig but not in raid just because i dont want to format both drives i have things i dont want to delete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this drive include any of the SATA cables or necessary wiring?

No it only contains the hard drive.
