The router AT&T charged us for is horrible, many spots in the home have very weak signals. The Netgear AC1750 is so much better, it also has USB ports for networked drives.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used this unit as backup power to my second security camera, when power was out for 2.5 hours, it continued to supply power to the camera which is good, but it has an annoying and loud beep every 30 seconds until electricity was restored. There was no button to disable the beep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
