this is a new model but is slow compared to the R7000. I tried this router and returned it to purchase the R7000 netgear AC1900 router. My throughput increased from 50mbps to over 90mbps simply by swapping out the router

I have century link for internet. I have a modem/router combo, problem im having is 2 smart tvs connect just fine, 2 others will not no matter what i do. could i use this for wifi, keep current modem i have but shut the wifi off of it so all 4 tvs connect
