Storage is sub standard to me and the inability to save anything to the external sd card due to the 4.4 OS. This also makes it incompatible with several apps that I bought it for. Samsung seems content to not upgrade this tablet which is two updates behind now. Other than that, the screen looks crisp in most cases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

why is it making me wait to download windows 10

every time I go directly to Microsoft to download windows 10 it tells me I'm on a waiting list to do the download but that I am supposed to get a free download
That's how the process works.

Are the specs for this still good for todays apps?

Never owned a tablet before so this is all new to me. I plan on using it for the free app games, music, youtube, imgur, stuff like that.
The outdated 4.4 operating system won't allow some apps to be comparable. It ruined my experience as I couldn't download my favorite 2 apps.

Does the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, have Bluetooth capabilities?

I haven't been able to get it to find my Bluetooth device.

Can I download the new lollipop OS to the samsung galaxy tab 4

Samsung hasn't made it available for this tablet and wouldn't speculate if they ever will when I posed the question to their tech support.

Storage

Can you add storage to this device? If you can add storage, is it by way of SD card? Can you save games to SD card?
The 4.4 operating system won't allow you to save to the external card. Bummer. I found out the hard way.
