What's great about it: Big refrigerator stainless steal is better than LG
What's not so great: You loose to much space on the first shelve
We bought LG appliances with our new kitchen and we have regret it.
At the time Samsung did not have a slide electrical range. Also the handles on the Samsung are bigger and the way are kitchen is set up it would be a problem. We have had a problem with all our LG appliances. The Samsun refrigerator cools properly the way it should. The water on the door is a better set up than the LG. The stainless steal is also better than the LG, one drop of water or hand print is easier to clean on the Samsung than the LG. Again if we could change all our appliances we would buy Samsung.
This product has... Produce enough ice to meet my needs, Consistent temperature throughout, Lots of door storage, Multiple temperature zones, Design I love, An easy to change water filter, Runs quietly

Enough ice for a party?

How much ice does this refrigerator make each day?
It doesn't make a lot of ice it's actually slow on the ice it's ok for us, but if we had kids or more people in the house it would be a problem. If you are going to have a party you might need to buy ice. Last time we had company we bought ice.

Constant Humming

So far I love everything about this fridge EXCEPT the CONSTANT humming it makes... It really drives me nuts.

Is this something I should call on service to look at or does this fridge always have a constant hum so I shoudl return it? Id rather keep it but the hum is so irritating (turns off the second a fridge door is opened and starts again shortly after its closed) that I can not live with this thing in my house.
Call and have it changed, because we have one & it's quite. We had an LG & the noise was so bad because the fans on the freezer would freeze and the noise was bad. Have it change its you money.
