With the high replacement cost of phones these days, we all want to protect our investments. OtterBox has long been the leader in this market.
I've had a Defender on my last several phones, and overall been happy with them. The one major drawback to them has been in the silicone outer case. These tend to stretch out and become loose. So far with my Note 3 Defender case though, I see no sign of this happening. They have made some much needed improvements on the design, and it seems to be working well. The hard inner case also seems to seal better around the phone then in past models.
However, one thing that OtterBox has above all the rest is their customer service. When I have had to get a replacement for the outer case, it was as easy as calling them up, and emailing a picture of the bad part to them. No need to return anything. And they got my new case to me very quickly.
You can feel safe dealing with OtterBox, and you phone will be safe inside.

This is by far the best Samsung phone I've ever had.
I use my phone a LOT. I am a road service driver, so my phone is also my GPS, my audio book player, my movie screen during my down time and even my calculator while processing invoices. Not to mention my alarm clock in the morning!
The Note 3 does all of this and more!
The extra large screen was one of the major selling points for me. While on the road, it makes it much easier to see the GPS at a glance. And while off the road, it makes Netflix and Hulu a joy to watch.
I have been really pleased with the battery life as well. While I tend to use my phone a bit more than most people I know, I can usually make it twice as long as I could with my GS3 before needing to plug it in.
If your looking for a new phone, you can't go wrong with this one!

what is a life time warranty ???

I BOUGHT A SCREEN PROTECTOR AT BEST BUT HAS A LIFE TIME Warranty. DO I RETURN TO Best buy ??????
I'm guessing you have an OtterBox protector (because thats where I found this question). If so, just contact OtterBox. There customer service is outstanding.
They will send you a replacement right away, and all they require is a picture of the bad part emailed to them.

how much does it cost to get a new cell phone, i got 2 more months for an upgrade

I got 2 months for an up grade,should I get a new phone.
A lot goes into that question. When and where you buy your phone is the biggest part of that. Most places have sales on phones, and they come and go.
But you will also be looking at an upgrade charge from your provider most likely as well.
Sorry there is no easy answer for this question.
