What's great about it: Comfort and Talk Audion are unbeatable
What's not so great: Audio Play-back is not what it used to be, Firmware is geared to something other than Iphone
I have had the previous two models and they were way better than anything else on the market for Talk and ply-back. The new model is not in the same realm. The audio play-back is tinny like cheap headphones, no base response and it does meet the sound spectrum the previous models did. The talk is clean and clear. the microphone is not as sensitive as the model previous to this one, but the sound quality is still excellent.. Incidentally I have tried every brand in the same class. This version does not beat the Plantronics version hands down anymore. LG I am disappointed this time. The software in the units is OK but it seems to be geared for other smartphones than the iphone. I still like you products; just not so happy with this version. Please get my audio back
