This bluetooth speaker is amazingly full sounding. After purchasing several other wireless speakers ina futile attempt to find rich, full sound, I happened upon the Harman Kardon speaker playing when I walked into my local Best Buy. Needless to say, I was instantly sold. There was none of the "tinny" sound that so many bluetooth speakers tend to have. I would have never guessed I was listening to a wireless audio device because the bass was so rich. I highly recommend it, and the price is worth every penny. Add to that the fact that it has a convenient little niche handle on the back for easy carrying and instant portability, along with about 4 or 5 hours of play time per charge. Also, the volume capability is comparable to wired systems, unlike so many others that seem to top out before I'm ready for the optimum volume level to be reached. Overall, this speaker is exactly what I need in a bluetooth, portable sound system, and I'm glad I found it. I highly recommend it.

what the is the playing time on a full charge

i just purchase this unit and charge it over night but only get just about 40 min of playing time what is the actual playing time on a fully charge unit..
It will play for 4-5 hours, depending on how loudly you have the volume. Then, the volume will gradually fade until the speaker dies. If you have a plug or a mini USB to USB charging cable, you can plug it in to a wall or car charger, though.

Can you get a car charger for this speaker

If I take it camping can I hook it up to a car charger?
It can be plugged in using a standard mini USB charging cable plugged into any USB car charger.

Auto-off feature?

When plugged into the charger, does the speaker auto-turn off if it's on idle or you don't play music out of it for a while?

If so, after how long of inactivity does it turn off?

Also, does it auto-turn on if it detects music?
When it is plugged in, the speaker stays on indefinitely.
