The washer runs much quieter than the older LG washer it replaced.
Cycle buttons are easy to understand and the preprograming is nice.
Only downside the washer no longer has a tub light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The controller by Microsoft worked right out of the box with no problems.The rf connection was good on my pc running Win 8.1.
I then hooked it up a Mac and it works flawlessly.

What's great about it: Fits my hand well, polls @ 1 ms, charges while playing, good feel on clicks, on the fly adjustment of dpi
What's not so great: Charging cord is too stiff for fps'ing. Could be smaller and more flexible.
Great mouse It has all the features I need in a gaming mouse and doesn't need a cable when playing. The sides fit well for my hand grip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Variable lighted keys, game mode, keyclicks brown switches, volume control above # pad.
What's not so great: Usb port in back
All in all the best keyboard I have owned. No false clicks so far.

Water supply hoses

In the manual it states that the water supply hoses are supplied and to only use the supplied hoses. Anyone know the length of these hoses and why must you only use the ones supplied? I believe the ones supplied are also a rubber hose and not the stainless braided hose sold in store. Also when purchasing the machine you're told that you must buy hoses from them or the machine will not be connected by installers. Thoughts on this
I had to purchase the steel ones. Rubber is not used anymore.

Door opening direction

Can the door have the hinge on the right, so the door swings out to the right rather than to the left as most front loaders? I read that all LG front loaders have that option and hope it's true.
You should order it which way. It looks like there are screw holes for doing it.

Is there an option to just drain and spin?

My older LG has this feature on the dial settings. And I noticed the larger LG model had it on its dail setting as well, but I did not see that on this particular model (TW 4.3 Cu. Ft. 12 Cycle HE Steam Front Loading Washer). I was just wondering if maybe it is with the digital dail options.
It does not have that programmed, and I do not know if you can manually set it to run like that. It is not covered in manual, but the geek squad may answer it for you.

Does this washer have an interrupt feature?

In case I forget to throw something in the washer once the cycle has started. Will I be able to open the door and then resume the cycle?
There is a start pause button on it and the cycle will resume after pressing it once again.

Making loud thudding noises at the beginning of the cycle

When the water is filling (which I believe happens in spurts and not a continuous stream), it makes a loud thudding noise in the walls when the water cuts on and off. Is that normal? I live in a condo.
It is a water hammer effect. I purchased two water hammer arrestors and inserted them between the washer and the new steel hoses. My arrestors worked well. If your water pressure is too high make sure you get an arrestor built for it. My pressure was rated at less than 70 pounds and it works fine. They are not that expensive. Got mine from Amaz--.

What kind of detergent can I use?

Can I use powder or liquid?
Only use those for HE high efficiency. The cup is marked for liquid but it is rinsed with water. Powder may work. Also the highly concentrated liquids only need a tablespoon to clean well and the level standard is much higher, so don't use too much.

stacking

can this unit stack with the Model: DLE3170W dryer (LG - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Smart Electric Dryer - White)?
I had similar questions. The only way to find out is call Best Buy and the customer service representative will look it up no matter how old it is. Mine was 8 years old. They want you to replace the hoses with steel ones and will not want to use the older style stacking rack that they have a replacement for. Ask for the numbers. They will also walk you through your purchase to checkout.
