You can't beat the exchange plan on smaller items. Can't beat the repair plan on larger items. Fact of the matter is (I'm not trying to sell plans here), unless you feel you can replace it (buy a new one) if it fails...get a plan and your covered! I've been in the repair business for over 30 years & can fix about anything, but the fact of the matter is many times parts are too expensive or not attainable. With common manufacturing designs focused on "engineered obsolescence"- Get a plan & you'll be happy you did ;)

This is a great addition & super portable! Easy to use, put one in my kitchen extension for an additional cook surface & couldn't be happier, plus it came with a stainless steel induction pan with glass lid.. BONUS!! Thinking about purchasing another. Plus no pan damage from too hot of a heat source since the pan itself is all that heats up. Highly recommended!

I bought this freezer and it is in my laundry room in the house. I have ice on the back vents, top and near light and my food is frosted up. Any suggestions? Is there a problem with the freezer? How mush food does everyone have in your freezer? Thank you
Sounds like too much heat / moisture is getting in. Could be environment, frequency and length of time door remains open or a door seal gap. Mine seals extremely well (if you listen closely after closing door, you should hear a slight fan / vacuum noise for 5-10 seconds, then stop). Door may be a little more difficult to open than what you may be used to, this indicates the seal is likely OK. I wipe mine down every month or so to make sure it seals tight. If it's in laundry room, possibly excess heat in the environment & getting it when door is open could cause your issue, especially where it is collecting (highest point inside).

I charge mine every evening. It states 100%. Then after a few minutes it immediately dies. Whats wrong with this one?
Possible charging issue unless the screen is just going to sleep to save energy. You can set the screen to stay on but this will of course reduce run time on a charge. Make sure your charge adapter or computer port is appropriate for charging the device, manual calls out minimum mA rating for proper charging. If I remember it's .8 (or 800) mA (milliamps)
