Simple in design and connectivity. Collects enough amount of data necessary to track your walking experience, sleeping and calories burnt during the day and night. I like the nap control function. However sometimes there are sync errors which require two or more attempts to succeed. Sometimes, sleep time is counted twice. E.g. you sleep 6 hours, the chart shows 6 hours, but the main display shows 12 hours. One full charge keeps you device working for 8-9 days and fully recharges in less than two hours

Excellent stand alone keyboard for your Mac computer, including MacBooks. Regular size of the keys makes typing easier than in built in keyboards. Easy to activate, solar batteries work very efficient. Nice ergonomy.

how does it track info?

i was wondering how this device tracks cal's burned during a workout or cal's ingested during a meal

The device does not track cals. The app used to calculate results estimates your calories burn according to some data about you and your activity. It's mathematics.

what is 1st and 2nd generation difference from up and up 24 bands
There is no cap in Up24. Up24 connects to your iPhone via bluetooth and it is instant connection

How do I know what size to order?

There is size checker on the box. You can put the hand inside the whole on the package box and check how it fits your hand size. Generally the best size for men is large and for women is medium.
