I bought this to replace the SurfBoard modem that was originally provided by TWC. The Surfboard worked great for many years, but recently started failing once a week (requiring a complete power off reboot). I'm happy to say that this Zoom modem has been rock solid; six straight weeks of being on with zero problems. My download speed also increased from 13 Mbps (Surfboard) to 16 Mbps (Zoom). Highly recommended.

can this be used with Brighthouse and Time Warner services
This modem is listed as being supported by Time Warner Cable in Raleigh, NC. It has been rock solid for me, and actually increased my download speeds by 3Mbps.
