What's great about it: Everything is easy to use and can learn quickly with tutorials
What's not so great: battery life when it's being used
I rate a 5 because everything but the battery is awesome. The battery lastsbetween 6 hrs with minimal use and about 3 to 4 with frequent use. It has all features anybody would need or could use.
This product is... awesome features
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whats the differance between a note 2 and a galaxy 4 other than the loss of stylus?

No big difference as i have the note 2 and wife has the s4. S4 seems to be a slight faster very unnoticeable though. The note 2 is good for multi window tasking since it has a bigger screen just my opinion though.

Usually att will let you you upgrade to an iPhone before the 2 years however an att store will now with their next program

I have an iPhone 4 if I have an upgrade available how much will the S4 cost?

Depends on your trade in value of the iPhone 4 . . . The s4 is a 200 dollar upgrade unless there is a sale.
