I bought this keyboard for it's compact size, blue tooth connectivity, and hopefully tactile feel (bought over internet, so taking a chance). The keyboard is solid and did not disappoint; I'm a programmer, and hack a lot of code on this during road warrior gigs. Consistently connects quickly upon laptop boot up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does keypad have BT plug like mouse or does computer have to have built in BT receivers

It does NOT come with a Bluetooth USB device for your laptop. So if your machine doesn't have it integrity, that's a separate purchase. I would think most keyboards would be shipped similarly.

does this keyboard have led lights for caps and numbers

Unfortunately - no, it has no lights to indicate case, num lock, etc. Although this does save a little on battery life.
