Sound quality is clear, price is ok, but how does it work? The instructions are not good. Yes some how it can work with your cell phone, and I am sure the engineers who designed it know but it would be nice if they would share that knowledge with the ordinary people in a simple easy to understand fashion.

I read the reviews and liked the large buttons and screen size but was disappointed by the sound, it was not clear and the volume on the headsets was too low only speaker phone was loud enough. I bought it for my elderly mother who wears hearung aids and she could not use it.
