Product is great and we love it. However, delivery truck arrived almost 1 hour prior to scheduled time (of course we were not home) and left causing us to re schedule days later. The anti tip device was then not included. The customer service rep we were assigned never returned our calls (for over a month). We ended up having to go to the store and were given an anti tip device we had to install, which is one of the most difficult parts of installing an electric range....very unhappy with the delivery process and would not buy from best buy again. Have had much more positive experiences from lowes and Home Depot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Are the left burners big enough to heat larger pans?

I wonder if the 7 inch burners would work for large pans heating evenly, since there is only one large burner on the stovetop?
I agree with you, this is my one big issue with this unit. I wish there was another large element...the smaller ones seem to keep bigger pots or pans hot, it just takes a little longer for them to get there.

Does this model (NE58F9710WS) have the divider to convert to two separate ovens like the chef's collection model? And if so what is the difference?

It does have the divider making it like 2 separate ovens and there is a warming drawer on the very bottom. Not sure of the difference between chefs collection
