What iphone 3g can be using with other country?

I mean, I want to buy a product to use in Cambodia.. How can I?
AT&T offers usage in other countries than the U.S. at international rates. I would recommend purchasing the iPhone in the country where it will be used if at all possible. Otherwise, you will be subject to the international rates.

Can I buy an iphone without having to make a contract with AT&T?

There is currently not a "no commitment" option for purchasing an iPhone. AT&T states on their website that "in the future, AT&T may offer a no-commitment option of $599 for 8GB and $699 for 16GB." A contract is required at this time.

what is AT&T cantract means & what is it for

AT&T provides phone and internet service for iPhone purchasers. A service contract with AT&T is required for the iPhone to operate. Contracts are for two years.

Can you buy this phone if you have verizon wireless?

Service for the iPhone is only currently available through AT&T.
