LG Refrigerator won't dispense water

I have an LG Electro Refrigerator purchased at best buy 4 years ago. It has water in the door, yet it never comes out. It makes a noise as if it's trying, but no water. Everything is hooked up properly (direct line) and my ice maker works perfectly. Could this be a filter issue?

You can vent your microwave three ways, roof venting, wall venting or room venting. If the air is vented through a duct to the outside the damper and flap must be installed.

on which side is the gas connection?

The plumber who is fitting the gas line for my range tells me that he must know on which side the gas line is to be connected. This info does not show up on the print-out of features and specs that was provided to b=me by Best Buy.

When I buy a refrigerator 'online' and it has 'free shipping' does that also include setup and hauling the old refrigerator away & recycled disposal?

I have talked with the Delivery company and they said when you buy Online and if you want to get your old refrigerator hauled away you have to let them know when they call up for the delivery schedule that you want them to add a haul away of your old refrigerator.
